中小企业集群式跨国经营的对策探究

从中小企业跨国经营的实践来看,中小企业在国际市场上的竞争力仍比较弱,必须寻求新的国际化经营途径,才能促进企业迅速成长,提高在国际市场上的竞争力。大量的实证研究表明,中小企业集群式跨国经营才是中小企业进军国际市场的最佳选择。本文从目前制约中小企业跨国经营的主要因素入手,分析了中小企业集群式跨国经营的优势,阐述了促进中小企业集群式跨国经营的六条对策。

From the practice of transnational operations of the medium and small-sized enterprises, their competitiveness in the international market is still relatively weak. New ways of international operations must be found in Order to promote growth rapidly and improve competitiveness in the international market. The research of a large number of cases show that transnational operations of the medium and small-sized enterprises cluster is the best option for the medium and small-sized enterprises to enter the international market. This paper points out the main factors which restrict the medium and small-sized enterprises to transnational operations and analyses the advantages of transnational operations of these enterprises cluster. It explains six measures of transnational operations for the medium and small-sized enterprises cluster.
