谈《温病条辨》对《伤寒论》的继承与发展

Succession and Development of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases

吴瑭在著述《温病条辨》时,受到了《伤寒论》的巨大影响。“近师承于叶氏,而远追踪于仲景。”“其处方也,一遵《内经》,效法仲祖。”这种影响不是对《伤寒论》的简单模仿,而是系统地继承,并在继承中加以发展。具体体现在三个方面:一、三焦辨证是对六经辨证的继承和发展;二、“救津液”思想是对《伤寒论》“存津液”思想的继承和发展;三、遣方用药是对《伤寒论》经方的继承和发展。

While writing Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Diseases, Wu Tang was greatly influenced by Treatise on Febrile Diseases. He got the succession of knowledge from Ye Gui, but the further succession from Zhang Zhongjing. His prescriptions were made according to Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine and by following the example of Zhongjing＇s prescriptions. He didn＇t imitate Treatise on Febrile Diseases in a casual way but succeeded to it in a systematic way and developed it in the succession.This manifestated as the following three aspects： 1. Differentiation of triple energizer is the succession and development of differentiation of six channels; 2. The thought of saving body fluid is the succession and development of preserving body fluid in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. 3. Prescription and administration are the succession and development of classical priseriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
