Understanding & Translation of Noun Attribute in Newspaper Reading

从名词定语的角度来探讨美英报刊中有关名词定语的理解与翻译问题,主要有两个方面的内容:1、名词定语与被修饰语之间的语义关系和语法关系;2、名词定语的理解与翻译。

Based on the functions of noun attribute, this thesis dwells upon the issues of understanding and translation of noun attribute in American and British newspapers and periodicals, which mainly includes two parts： 1. semantic and grammatical relations between noun attribute and nouns modified; 2.understanding and translation of noun attribute.
