摘要
将电动静液压作动器EHA(Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator)应用于汽车主动悬架中,并提出了基于EHA的主动悬架样机结构。同时,建立了1/4汽车主动悬架动力学模型,设计了用于EHA主动悬架的模糊控制器,并进行了仿真和实验研究。结果表明,基于EHA的模糊控制主动悬架明显改善了汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性。
An electro-hydrostatic actuator was introduced into vehicle active suspension and the prototype structure of active suspension with EHA was proposed. Quarter-car model was set up in the form of differential equations and fuzzy logic controller was designed to control vehicle active suspension with EHA. Under a certain of road given, simulations were done. The result shows that active suspension with EHA using fuzzy control evidently improves ride comfort, handling and stability of vehicle.
