摘要
轧制伺服油缸试验台能进行动态和静态响应特性测试。本文建立试验台液压控制系统数学模型,利用大型仿真软件Matlab对模型进行频域、时域的仿真研究;并针对控制系统中各种参数、动态因素对控制精度的影响进行研究,提出了改进方案。
The test bed of rolling mill servo cylinder can be used to test the dynamic and static performance of the servo cylinder. The mathematical model for hydraulic system of the test bed was established. The popular simulation software-MATLAB was utilized to carry out the simulations of the systematical properties beth in the time domain and the frequency domain. With the utilization of the established mathematical model, simulation analysis of the impact of the diversified parameters and dynamic factors on the system precision was carried out. The improving proposal was put forward.
