一种基于CAN总线的HEV控制系统开发调试方法介绍

摘要 以GZ611X混联式混合动力电动大客车为研究对象,开展了利用CAN总线提高HEV操控性能的方法研究。介绍了基于CAN总线开发的混合动力电动汽车(HEV)控制系统及各子系统的控制任务、系统网络图以及各控制器的硬件组成。并且通过对AMT开发过程的介绍,证明了这种开发方法的实用性。 Taking serial and parallel HEV GZ611X as the investigation subject, the method on optimizing the control function of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) by using CAN bus was studied. The structure of a HEV control system based on CAN bus and the specific function of each section contained in the system were introduced, the net work figure and hardware design were given. Throughout the introduction of the develop process on AMT, the practicability of this development method was proved.
