2型糖尿病血管病变患者C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、D二聚体检测的意义 被引量:16

Significance of the Changes of C-Reactive Protein , Fibinogen , D-Dimer Levels in Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Vascular Complication

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病血管病变患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、D二聚体(D-D)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法检测81例2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、CRP、Fbg、D-D。按是否合并血管病变分为糖尿病血管病变组、单纯糖尿病组。结果糖尿病血管病变组CRP、血浆Fbg、D-D水平高于单纯糖尿病组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CRP、Fbg、胰岛素抵抗(IR)三者之间具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论CRP可能是2型糖尿病血管病变的危险因子,参与糖尿病血管病变的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the changes of. C-reactive protein ( D- dimer ( D- D) in type 2 diabetic patients with vascular complication. Methods CRP), fibinogen (Fbg), We detected the fasting plasma gluwse (FPG), fasting insulin (FINS), CRP,Fbg,D- D in 81 type 2 diabetic patients. Those patients were divided into two groups which included type 2 diabetic patients with vascular complication and type 2 diabetic patients without vascular complication. Results CRP, Fbg, D-D levels in type 2 diabetic patients with vascular complication were higher than those without vascular complication and had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; there were relative among CRP , Fbg , D-D ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CRP may be risk factor and participated in development of type 2 diabetes mellitus with vascular complication.
