高校机关党建工作存在的问题与对策

Problems Affecting Party Building in Universities' Party Organs and the Countermeasures

当前高校机关党建工作存在的主要问题有:理论学习不深入;组织机构不健全;党务干部管理、培训不尽人意;工作方法上存在经验主义等。导致问题存在的主要原因是:领导干部思想认识不到位;党务工作干部抱有临时观念、过渡思想;工作制度不够健全,缺乏科学、系统、规范的考核奖惩机制。据此认为:加强和改进高校机关党建工作应在提高思想认识、倡导优良学风、加强自身建设、改进工作方式方法方面付诸努力。

The paper points out current problems affecting Party building in univemities＇Party organs： the theoret- ical study is not deep - going; the organizations are not perfect; the party administration and training is not sound; empiricism is still found in present working method. All these are compromised by leading cadre＇s defective understanding, party working cadres＇ thought of temporary and transitional duty, imperfect routine working mechanic, lack of scientific, systematical and canonical assessment. It accordingly puts forward the suggestions for the improvement.
