摘要
组织间网络学习过程中的一系列行为可以划分为:知识共享、知识吸收和知识创新3个过程;创新主体主要表现为个体、组织和组织间3个层面;组织间网络的创新则是该3个层面的综合体。
A series of behaviors of learning process among inter - organizational network can be classified into knowledge sharing, knowledge absorbing and knowledge innovating. The main bodies of innovation can be embodied via three dimensions such as individual, organization and inter -organization. Knowledge innovating among the inter - organizations is composed of above three.
