摘要
本文提出一个测定锆的新的荧光体系—锆-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-EDTA三元配合物体系。在pH5~7,Zr-H_2QS与EDTA反应形成三元配合物。配合物的最大激发波长为360nm,最大发射波长为500nm。方法的灵敏度高,检测限可达0.0005μg/ml,选择性好、线性范围宽,所需仪器简单,操作简便,应用于复杂的硅酸盐样品分析,获得满意的结果。
A new fluorometric mcthod for the determination of trace zirconium is proposed.At PH5~7,Zirconium forms ternary complex with 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid(H_2QS) and EDTA.The ratio of Zr to H_2QS is 1:1.The complex has a maximum excitation wave-length at 360nm and a maximum emission wavelength at 500nm.The method has a widelinearity range and the detection limit is 5.0×10^(-4)μg/ml. The method proposed is applicableto the high sensitive and selective determination of zirconium in geological sample withsatisfactory results.
