摘要
卫生检验检测质量是卫生质量的重要组成部分。文章结合管理实践,对卫生检验检测质量管理工作谈了体会:一是要有科学管理的组织机构作保证;二是实施有效的"三化"管理;三是实行多级考核和监督,确保了卫生检验检测结果的科学性和准确性。
Health test and detection quality is the main ingredient of health quality. The paper summarizes several experiences on quality management work of health test and detection ： first, guarantee with scientific management organization; second, carry out effective Three Managements＇ management; third, carry out multiple grades check and supervision to ensure the scientific and precise result of health test and detection.
