摘要
随着我国对电力企业进行改革,把竞争机制引入到电力市场之中,发电企业将面临很大竞争压力。在电力市场环境下的合理而有效的上网竞价方式对发电厂的效益起到至关重要的作用,针对发电企业的竞价上网模式进行了探讨,其中主要对两部制电价模式进行了分析和讨论。
Competition strategic has brought into the power market among the reform of electricity industry, so all the power factories will meet with heavier pressure of competition. In the circumstance of power market, a reasonable and effective bidding model will play a extremely part for the profit of a power factory. This paper discusses the bidding model of power factories, specially discusses two-part electricity rate model.
