抽水蓄能电站在河南电网中的动态作用研究

摘要 为了研究抽水蓄能电站在电网中的调频、调压、以及提高电网安全稳定性等动态作用,采用PSASP程序对河南远期一拟建抽水蓄能电站在电网中的作用进行了计算。当信阳抽水蓄能机组接入后,在系统失去1000MW左右的大电源时,系统频率能保持在0.15Hz以内;抽水蓄能机组可提供豫南地区384~480Mvar左右的无功支持;可使驻信的电压稳定水平提高102MW,占总受进容量的4.1%左右。由此得出远期河南需要再规划一定容量的抽水蓄能机组,以满足本省电网经济灵活运行的需要。 For Studying the Dynamic effects of pumped power stadon in electric power system,such as frequency modulation,voltage modulation and the heighten re habihty,The PSASP programe is adopt in account ing the function of a programming pumped power station in henan electric power system, when Xinyang pumped power station connects in electric power system, if system losses 1000 MW electric source, the system frequency can keeps wvithin 0.15Hz, pumped power station can also offer yunan electric power system about 384-480Mvar reactive component, can advance the zhuxin's voltage stabihty level 102 MW, accupy about 4.1% of total accept capacity.Henan electric power system needs program new pumped power station to satisfy the demand of the economy agihty function in future.
