摘要
本文研究了XAD-4树脂对有机磷与无机磷的定量分离的可能性及柱上无机磷的行为,发现新装的XAD-4柱能吸附无机磷(PO_4^(3-)),提出了用ppm级浓度无机磷预吸附饱和的方法解决,从而确保无机磷与有机磷的定量分离。然后选择了番石榴汁中二者分离的最佳条件,并以气相色谱法验证,方法的有机磷吸附率可达95%,无机磷回收率为94%,建立了番石榴汁中磷的状态分析新方法。
The possibility of the separation of organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus by XAD-4 was investigated. It was found that newly fixed XAD-4 column could adsorb some inorganic phosphorus (PO(_4~3-)). Pre-saturation of the column with ppm level of inorganic phosphorus was used to insure the quantitative separation of organophosphorus and inorganic phosphorus. The separation conditions were optimized for guava juice and the separation efficiency was proved ty GC. The adsorption rate of organophosphorus is 95% and the recovery of inorganic phosphorus is 94%. A new method was established for the analysis of the state of phosphorus in guava juice.
