摘要
本工作研究了混合螯合剂-活性碳柱式法对天然水中痕量元素的富集和洗脱条件。提出了微量进样火焰原子吸收测定天然水中Cu、Ni、Mn、Co、Pb,Zn的方法及石墨炉测定Be、Cd的方法。回收率在90~108%,可富集100倍。
A novel procedure for preconcentrating and eluting trace elements in natural water by column of chelate agent-active carbon and determining trace elements by AAS established. A method is described for the preconcentration and determination of Cu, Pb, Zn, Co, Ni and Mn by flame-AAS or Be and Cd by graphite furnace-AAS. The standard addition recovery was 90~108%, it can be concentrated by 100-fold
