高校企业文化是社会文化大系统中的一个小系统,它既兼容了校园文化和企业文化的共性,又具有它们所没有的特殊性。立足于构建社会主义和谐社会的时代背景,分析了高校企业文化的特殊性,并结合高校企业所依附的特殊环境提出了加强高校企业文化建设的思路和途径。

College enterprise culture is a small one of the big cultural community systems. It has the compatibility of the campus culture and the general culture, at the same time, it has the particular characteristics that they don＇ t have. This paper, based on the historical background of building a socialistic harmonious society, analyzes the unique points of college enterprise culture. What＇s more, with combining the special circumstances which cling to college, it discusses the thinking and approaches of reinforcing the building of college enterorise culture.
