高速钢W18Cr4V一般用于制作刃具和冷作模具。为了提高刃、模具使用寿命,必须改善W18Cr4V钢中碳化物分布不均的状况。为此,对W18Cr4V钢的性能、成分特点进行了详细分析,阐述了W18Cr4V钢的锻造工艺,并对锻后冷却、热处理作了详细的说明,对生产具有一定的指导意义。
High-speed steel W18Cr4V is the common material for making tools and cold working dies. To improve the service lives of tools and dies, it is necessary to eliminate the inhomogeneous distribution of carbides in W18Cr4V. A detailed analysis on the properties and composition characteristics of W18Cr4V were analyzed. The forging process was set forth and the procedures of the cooling and heat treatment were explained in detail. The work has an instructive significance to the production.
