Design of forming scheme for R clip based on the law of systems analysis principle

应用系统分析设计法,对R形卡子的不同弯曲成形工艺及装备进行了设计,通过分析比较,确定了一种功能合理,生产效率高,维护方便的成形方案,在这类零件的生产中具有一定的实际参考价值。

Different kinds of bending forming technology and equipment of the R clip were designed by applying the system analysis design method. Through analysis and comparison, formation scheme with reasonable function, high efficiency and convenient maintenance was confirmed which had a reference value for this kind of part production.
