摘要
分析了一种摩托车大灯灯泡前金属外壳的冲压生产工艺,设计了一套级进冲压模具。介绍了无毛刺端口冲裁机构在级进模上的应用,以及可以减少相关的加工工序。通过两年多的实践证明,该模具结构较为简单,加工质量好,生产效率高,对同类产品乃至相同工艺的各种电子产品的加工具有参考价值。
A blanking production technology of the motorcycle bulb was analyzed, and a set of progressive blanking die was designed for the shell. The application of none burr port blanking machine in progressive die, which could reduce the related machining procedure to our colleagues, was introduced. By two-year practice, it is proved that the structure of this die is simple, the processing quality is good and the productivity is high, which has the reference value for the production of the same kinds and even the kinds of electron productions with the same processing technology.
