摘要
300MN模锻水压机是我国国防和基础建设的关键设备,其中的主工作缸是水压机的重要部件之一,其工作性能的好坏将直接决定水压机能否正常进行工作。借助于故障树方法分析了主工作缸的失效模式,建立了主工作缸的可靠性框图。利用大型有限元软件(MARC)分析了主工作缸的应力,并根据应力—强度干涉模型估计了主工作缸结构的可靠度。分析结果表明,本工作缸可靠度为1,且具有较大余度,同时,其可靠度与液压系统有很大的关系。这为主工作缸的设计提供了参考依据。
300MN forging hydraulic press is the essential equipment of the national defense and the basic construction of our country. The primary work cylinder is one of the important parts in hydraulic press. Its performance is directly related to the well functioning of hydraulic press. With the aid of fault tree, the failure forms were analyzed, and the reliability block diagram of the primary working cylinder was set up. The stress of the primary cylinder was analyzed by the finite element software (MARC), and the reliability of the cylinder structure was predicted based on the stressstrength model. The results show that the reliability degree of the primary cylinder is 1 and there is a great margin. Its reliability is greatly related to the hydraulic system. It provides the reference to the design.
