摘要
在一个新兴市场中,在诸多因素的作用下,现阶段民营企业呈现出一些共性的管理问题,大多数企业处于从学步期向青春期的过渡,对人才和管理的关注是处于青春期企业的选择。从本次调查中许多样本民营企业对所需培训内容的倾向,也一定程度上反映出民营企业从学步期向青春期过渡中的特征。对民营企业管理培训的调查和我们长期的观察与分析,提出民营企业的管理培训有其自身的一些特点,同时结合对民营企业管理培训的判断提出一些建议,以利于提升民营企业管理培训的质量,从而提升民营企业的人员素质和管理水平。
In our marketing circumstances,private-owned enterprises have generality problems in management area,most of them is in the period from adolescence to how to walk,in this time,they pay close attention to person of ability & management in order to survive.Our investigation also announce it.We suggest the character of private-owned enterprises management training through the investigation & our long-term survey,propose some strategies how to promote the staff quality & management standard of private-owned enterprises management, through promoting their management training quality.
