重庆市高校青年体育教师综合素质调查与分析

A Survey and an Analysis on Comprehensive Quality of College PE Young Teachers in Chongqing

本文从运动技能水平、理论知识结构、教学科研的认可程度和继续教育的价值取向四个方面对重庆市高校青年体育教师进行了比赛测试和问卷调查分析。结果表明,高校青年体育教师在学历层次和理论知识等方面有所改善,部分教师身体素质下降明显,在运动技能水平和教学态度上与老教师有一定的差距;在继续教育的预期需求上仍然呈现出多元的特点。

Through three aspects of knowledge structure, teaching and scientific research and worth attitude of continuous education, the author has extended investigations and analyses to the comprehensive competence of the younger PE teachers in universities in Chongqing. It can be concluded that on one hand they have made a great improvement in the record of formal schooling and the theoretic knowledge; on the other,some of them have problems. Their physical quality declines too quickly and they are not as good as the elder ones on the athletic ability and teaching attitude. Their expectancy to further education has the characteristic of diversification.
