江苏省农业科学院通过深化体制改革,初步形成新型科技创新体系的组织构架;通过多方争取,搭建高水平的农业科技创新平台;通过整合科研资源,形成适应生产和市场需要的学科结构;通过加强管理,形成高效的运行管理机制;做大做强科技产业,培育新型创新主体;不断创新科技服务的形式,带领农民致富。
Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences has shaped preliminary organization framework with new innovation system of science and technology via thorough system reformation; built high-level innovation platform of agricultural science and technology via extensive efforts; formed subject structure adapted to the needs of production and market; formed effective and operational mechanism via strengthening management, so as to promote .scientific and technological industry, to foster new type innovation subject, to constantly renew forms of scientific and technological services, and to lead the farmers to wealthy life.
