NCAM在不同海拔大鼠脑海马区的表达

摘要 目的观察不同海拔下大鼠海马区NCAM的表达变化,探讨NCAM在机体对低氧应激反应中的作用,以及在低氧条件下NCAM对大鼠海马神经细胞形态和功能的影响。方法将平原SD大鼠运至海拔(4100米)地区,在第7天取大鼠海马,用常规电镜方法进行染色,观察高原环境下NCAM的表达变化。结果NCAM在不同海拔大鼠海马CA2区和CA3区神经细胞的胞膜上的量随海拔的升高而降低。结论高原低氧环境对大鼠海马区NCAM的表达有一定影响,揭示NCAM是参与高原低氧应激反应的重要生理和病理体液因子,提出在高原环境下NCAM对神经系统细胞的发育以及功能的维持有重要作用。 Objective In order to explore the effect of motor NCAM in the whole body' s hypoxia stress reaction and the hypoxia on the shape and function of rats hippocampus motor NCAM, we observed the ultra structural changes of the rats hippocampus motor NCAM caused by acute and sub acute hypoxia at high altitude. Methods Each hippocampus neuron was extracted and stained with routine electron microscope methods in SD rats that were transferred from plain to high altitudes (4000m) 7 days later. The morphological changes caused by high altitude hypoxia were observed. Results Morphological and organelle c CA2 and CA3 districts in the sub acute group rats. Conclusion hippocampus motor NCAM in rats. It can impact the ability of hanges were found in hippocampus motor neuron High altitude hypoxia plays an effect on the shape of studying and memory.
