摘要
文章介绍了起重叉车横梁型钢(俗称叉车立杆)从试验轧制到稳定生产的过程,分析了影响产品机械性能的因素,并提出从原料化学成分、孔型配置及生产工艺等方面采取改进措施,从而生产出断面形状良好和机械性能符合要求的产品,填补了我国的型材产品的一项空白。
This paper introduces the process from trial rolling to stable producing the beam section of forklift ,analyses the factors which affect product mechanical properties, and presents the improved methods in aspects from the material elements, rolling orifice setting to the rolling technology. As a result,the qualified products are obtained by the company. Such new products also fill up a vacancy of section steel in our country.
