摘要
本文阐述了利用具有CCD非接触式影像测量系统的万能工具显微镜检测特种冲模具的新方法及其测量不确定度的分析,通过与常用平台测量方法的对比,说明CCD测量系统实现检测自动化和人工智能化,检测数据更精确、更快捷。
