Comprehensive Assessment on Current Situations of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China

东北老工业基地是我国最重要的老工业基地,振兴战略提出后,东三省的经济、社会和环境都会得到相应的发展。为了便于振兴战略更有效的实施,检验战略实施后的成效,需对现状进行综合评价。基于此,本文采用相对综合评价法,对东三省的经济、社会、资源和环境进行综合评价,对比与小康水平的差距,查找主要问题。

The three Northeast Provinces, our nation＇s most significant old industrial base, have made great contributions to our economic advancement. However, due to its long-term planned economy and traditional development mode, a series of problems arise, especially in the form of resource shortage and polluted environment. After adoption of the strategy to revitalize the 01d Industrial Base in Northeast China when there are ineffective cooperation in planning of the three provinces, inadequate attention paid to the environment, and uncertainties in the strategy implementation process, it is likely to cause exhausted resources in certain parts, deteriorated environment and overall degenerated ecological functions ff supervision is inefficient and attention is not enough. Consequently, effective measures must be taken to promote a harmonious development of economy, society and environment in the three northeast provinces.
