摘要
介绍了利用变频调速和PLC控制技术对由旋转变流机组供电的G-M直流调速系统(大型铸锭加工机列控制系统)进行技术改造,实现了铸锭加工过程的自动化,从而提高加工精度、节能降耗。
This paper elaborated the technique reform on the generator-motor direct-current control system (the electric control system of the large scale ingot process machine tool) with power supplied by convertor set, which was based on the technology of Frequency Control and programmable logic control. Thus to realize automation of ingot process, improve the precision of process and save energy. This technology has significant practical value to be applied widely.
