摘要
本文在研究ICP-AES光谱干扰谱图特性的基础上,采用M个单一Gaussian(Lorentzian或Pseudo Voigt)曲线与二次函数背景的相加作为光谱干扰的数学模型函数。从而将发射光谱干扰的校正问题,转化为如何根据实际情况完成的波形分解问题。并以非线性最小二乘算法为基础,用加约束条件、加权及绝对值变换使此有约束规划问题转化成等价的无约束规划问题,从而提出了一种新的算法。本文对典型的谱线重叠给出了计算机模拟结果,还对实测干扰谱图进行了校正处理。
Based on ICP-AES spectral graphs with interferences, M-Gaussian(Lorentzion or Pseudo Voigt) curves and a binomical background are chosen as the mathematical model function of spectral curves with interferences. The correction of the emission spectral interferences is treated as waveform resolution problem. Weight factor and absolute value transformation are used in basic least squares fitting to make the contrained problem into an equal unconstrained one, which has made the new algorithm. Using the algorithm, a lot of analogous data with microcomputer have been made with satisfactory result. The authors also have experimented with some practical spectral curves in modern ICP spectrometer.
