摘要
本文研究了在HCl与H_3pO_4的混合酸介质中,乳化剂OP存在下,铬(Ⅵ)与2.7-二溴茜素紫(DBV)的显色反应。配合物组成Cr(Ⅵ):DBV=1:3,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.74×10~4L·mol^(-1).cm^(-1)(λmax=416nm)。反应的选择性高,常见金属离子均不干扰铬(Ⅵ)的测定,拟定了用二溴茜素紫分光光度法测定金属材料中铬的方法。
In the presence of emulsifier octyl-phenyl polyglycol ether, the colour reaction of dibromoalizarin violet with Cr(Ⅵ) has been studied in a mixed acid medium of 0. 3mol/L HCl and 0. 6mol/L H_3PO_4. The molar absorptivity is 2. 7×10~4 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) (λ_(max)=416nm). The common ions do not interfere with the determination of Cr. Based on the reaction, a Spectrophotometric method for the determination of Cr has been established and used for the determination of Cr in metallic materials with satisfactory realts.
