摘要
针对士官任职教育的特点,对士官数学教学情况进行了广泛的调查,深入探求了士官数学教学现状.结合当前士官数学教学的实践,倡导在数学教学中灵活采取导入式、研讨式、开放式和反思性教学方法,分别实现了士官任职教育由“教学”向“导学”、由“知识”向“素质”、由“理论”向“实践”和由“模仿”向“创新”的迁移。
On the basis of the characteristics of the sergeant's post education the wide investigation of sergeant's mathematics teaching was made, and their status quo of mathematics teaching was discussed thoroughly. It was advocated that the mode of guiding-in, study and discussing, open and reflection should be put flexibly into the practice of sergeant's mathematics teaching, which achieved the migration of the sergeant's post education from teaching, knowledge, theory and imitation respectively to guiding study, quality, practice and innovation.
