Harmony Between Human and Nature Promotes Economic Zone on the West Side of Taiwan Straits

和谐社会既包含人与人、人与社会的和谐,又包含着人与自然的和谐。人与自然的和谐是和谐社会的内在要求,发展循环经济是实现人与自然和谐的有效模式。发展循环经济是一个系统工程,我们必须以全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观为指导,遵循“以人为本,环境优先”的原则,用循环经济的理念促进产业结构的调整,从人与自然和谐的思想出发,推进海峡西岸经济区的建设。

Harmonious society involves not only the harmony among people, but also that between human and nature. This harmony is the inner requirement of the harmonious society, and the development of the cyclical economy is an effective pattern in realizing it. Since the development of circular economy is a systematic engineering, we must, take all-round, coordinating and sustainable conception of scientific development as our guidance and keep to the principle of ＂taking human beings as foundation, giving priority in environment＂ to promote the restructure of the industry construction. And we should, from the idea of harmony between human and nature, promote the construction of the economic zone on the west side of Taiwan Straits.
