Study on Building Fuzhou into Central Tourist City

旅游中心城市作为区域旅游业的管理中心、旅游交通中心、旅游服务中心和旅游景点集中区,在区域旅游发展中具有十分重要的意义。福州市旅游业具有发展潜力,要发挥其潜力应致力于把福州市建成闽东及闽中地区的旅游中心城市,阐明福州市建设旅游中心城市的意义及措施。

Central tourist city is a center of regional tourism in terms of tourist administration, tourist transportation, and tourist service, as well as a place with concentrated distribution of scenic areas. It plays an important role in the development of regional tourism. It is discussed in this thesis that Fuzhou still has much potential in the development of tourist industry. To give full play to the potential, efforts should be made to develop Fuzhou into a central tourist city in eastern and central Fujian. This thesis also researches into the significance as well as measures of building Fuzhou into a central tourist city.
