试论新组建应用型高校青年教师队伍建设

On the Training of Young Teaching Staff at Vocational Colleges

新组建应用型本科高校在合并升本和办学定位过程中面临着许多艰巨的任务,其中师资队伍建设是重中之重。新组建应用型本科高校青年教师队伍建设中存在一些问题,分析其原因,并结合合并升本和应用型本科两大特点,应及时提出帮助青年教师尽早上岗、促进青年教师尽快过关、激励青年教师快速成长、提升青年教师职业素质等对策。

Newly-built vocational colleges face many difficulties in the process of combination of training schools and vocational colleges, training of young teaching staff, in particular. Based on the features of newly-built vocational colleges, the paper elaborates the problems of the training of young teaching staff and offers strategies on how to help young teachers qualify themselves for the job and to enhance their caliber.
