摘要
本文以氨基G酸偶氮氯膦为显色剂,建立了微量钙的分光光度测定法。试剂与钙在PH2到12的条件下形成蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长为666nm,配合物的组成为M:R=1:2,摩尔吸光系数为ε_max=5.7×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),0~20μg/25ml符合比耳定律。研究了干扰及其消除方法,并成功地用于自来水及某些分析试剂中的微量钙的测定。
A sensitive spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace calcium using the title reagent as developing reagent, At pH 2 to 12, calcium with the reagent forms a blue complex with maxmium absorption at 666nm; the composition of the complex is M: R=1: 2, The molar absorptivity is ε_(max)=5. 7×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~20μg/25ml. The interference and interferential elimination were studied. The amount of calcium in tap water and in some analytical reagent was determined.
