应用超腕关节外固定支架治疗成年人桡骨远端关节内复杂骨折

The application of external fixator on complicated intra-articular fracture of the distal radius

目的:评价超腕关节外固定支架治疗成年人桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法:自2001年1月～2003年1月应用超腕关节外固定支架治疗成年人桡骨远端关节内粉碎性骨折26例,术后随访6～9月,依据Jakim评分标准进行评分。结果:优15例,良8例,88.5%(23/26)患者获得满意的疗效,无并发症。结论:超腕关节外固定支架可以选择性地用于治疗成年人复杂的桡骨远端关节内骨折,疗效满意。

Objective： To evaluate clinical effect of trans-articular external fixator on comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius in adults. Methods： A 2-year retrosp- ectivel study from Jan. 2001 to Jan. 2003 was performed. Twenty-six cases of comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius in adults were treated by trans-articular external fixator and followed up at least half year after operation. The effect was evaluated by Jakim criteria. Results： Fifteen cases got excellent results ,eight cases got good results, 88.5 %（23/26） of these cases had satisfactory results. Conclusion： Trans-articular external fix-ator can be selectively used to treat comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius in adults, and the effect is satisfactory.
