摘要
在1mol/L MgSO_4、0.1mol/L LiCl(W)-O.O1mol/L TBATPB(nb)体系中,硝基苯相中的麦迪霉素络合推动了金属离子的传递,所得半微分峰电流与麦迪霉素的浓度成正比,线性范围37μ/ml~473μ/ml,相对标准偏差为3%左右。与生物法相比,本法简便快速,相对误差在±2%以内。
The title method is described at water(w)/nitrobenzene(nb) interface. Midecamycin (nb)facilitates the transfer of the metal ions in the system lmol/L MgSO_4, 0. 1mol/L LiCl (w)-0. O1mol/L TBATPB(nb). The peak current is directly proportional to the concentration of midecamycin(nb) in he range of 37~473μ/ml and the relative standard deviation is about 3%. The relative error is within 2% as compared with the biological method.
