Lotmar视力仪预测内眼手术后视力的观察

摘要 目的:观察Lotmar视力仪预测内眼手术术后最佳矫正视力的符合程度。方法:内眼显微手术后285人361眼,术前检查最佳矫正视力和预测值,术后1个月检查最佳矫正视力,部分患者测定术后预测值,分别按术前最佳矫正视力和术前黄斑区是否遮挡分组比较术前预测值和术后最佳矫正视力的符合程度,并对比术前及术后预测值与术后最佳矫正视力的符合率。结果:术前最佳矫正视力越好,术前预测值越接近术后最佳矫正视力,其中术前黄斑区未遮挡组的符合率高于术前黄斑区遮挡组;术后预测值和术后最佳矫正视力基本相符,比术前预测值更准确地反映术眼的视功能。结论:Lotmar视力仪预测内眼手术术后最佳矫正视力具有较高的临床参考价值,应推广使用。 Objective: To observe the correct rate of post-operative best correct visual acuity (BCVA) predicted by Lotmar Visometer. Methods: Different kinds of intraocular surgeries were performed for 285 patients with 361 eyes .All datum were divided into different groups by pre-operative BCVA and macular covered or not respectively. We compared the correct rate between pre-operative Lotmar VA prediction and post-operative BCVA, Lotmar VA predition pre-operative and post-operative respectively. Results: Postoperative Lotmar VA predition was close to post-operative BCVA. The better of the pre-operative BCVA were, the closer the pre-operative Lotmar VA predition and the post operative BCVA were while the correct rate of the group of macular uncovered was higher than that of the group covered. Conclusion:Lotmar Visometer is a useful instrument with high clinical value, it should be widely used in clinics.
