二妙散加减方对实验性高尿酸血症肾损害的保护作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察中药复方(二妙散加减)对实验性高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠血清尿酸水平、肾功能的影响及对肾病理损害的修复作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤和乙胺丁醇建立动物模型,设立中药组、模型组、西药组及正常对照组。检测实验前、第7、14、21日的血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平,行肾组织病理学观察。结果:中药复方(二妙散加减)具有降低血清尿酸的作用,其第14、21日血清尿酸水平与模型组比较明显降低(P<0.05);能改善高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠的肾功能,其血清肌酐、尿素氮已接近正常(P>0.05);对高尿酸血症肾脏病理损害有修复作用,病理结果示肾脏结构基本正常。结论:中药复方(二妙散加减)可降低血尿酸,具有预防及治疗高尿酸血症肾损害作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese Compound Ermiao powders (EMP) in decveasing serum uric acid (UA) and improving renal function, as well as the repairment of kidney. Methods: Animal model was made by Adenine and Ethambutol Hydrochloride.The animals were divided into Model group, Chinese medicine group, medicine group, and normal contrast group. The serum level of UA, BUN and CR were measured before the test and on the 7^th, 14^th and 21^th day. Observation of microscope on kidney was made after test. Results: Chinese medicine group (EMP) could lower the level of serum UA, its UA level was lower than that in the model group on the 14th and 21th day (P〈0.05). It could improve the renal function of experimental rat; the level of Cr and Bun was quite near to the normal group (P〉0.05). It could repair the pathological impairment of kidney, further more, under observation of microscope, no abnormality of kidney was found in EMP group. Conclusion: The EMP can prevent and cure experimental hyperuricemia and hyperuricemic renal impairment.
