缺血性脑血管病的实验研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 缺血性脑血管病（Ischemiccerebralvasculardisease，ICVD）在脑血管疾病中占85％，以其高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率严重危害着人们的身体健康。复制脑缺血的实验动物模型研究ICVD的病理生理学机制，选择合理的神经保护疗法．已经成为目前研究的热点。半暗带已成为脑缺血的主要治疗靶点，缺血区的基因表达和各种神经保护治疗受到日益广泛的关注，本文就此做以下综述。
