The Surface Modification Effect of Organic Promoters on Ru/C Catalysts for Synthesis of Sorbitol from Hydrogenation of Glucose

摘要 用浸渍及甲醛还原法制备了Ru/C催化剂,考察了催化剂制备过程中加入有机助剂对催化剂性能的影响,在0.5 MPa下测得葡萄糖加氢生成山梨醇的催化活性、选择性和稳定性,用分光光度法考察了RuCl3在活性炭上的吸附量和吸附强度,运用程序升温还原TPR(temperature programmedreduction)技术,研究了催化剂的表面还原性质,并将其结果与葡萄糖加氢的催化活性相关联。结果表明,加入有机助剂不仅能增加Ru的吸附量和吸附强度,改善催化剂的表面性能,并明显提高了催化剂的活性、选择性和稳定性。 The Ru/C catalysts employed to produce sorbitol from hydrogenation of glucose were studied. Ru/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation of C support with RuCl3 solution followed by reduction with HCHO solution. The influence of organic promoters on properties of Ru/c catalyst was investigated. The activity and TPR characteristics of the catalysts were tested. The absorption amount and absorption strength of RuCl3 on carbon were determined by spectrophotometry. The results show that the addition of organic promoters not only increases the absorption amount of ruthemium, but also increases the catalysts and absorption strength of ruthenium on the support, and result in improves the surface properties of Ru/C enhances the catalytic hydrogenation activity.
