摘要
研究以苯甲醇和双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯为原料,在自制复合催化剂C的作用下合成氯甲酸苄酯的新方法。考察了催化剂的种类、物料配比、反应温度等因素对反应的影响,优化得到比较合理的工艺参数:双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯和苯甲醇的投料摩尔比为0.37∶1,加1%(质量分数)催化剂,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,在回流下反应6 h,精馏后即可获得高纯度(≥98%GC测定)的产品,收率达93%。该反应过程条件温和,操作方便,后处理简单,具有工业化应用前景。
Benzyl chloroformate was synthesised from benzyl alcohol and bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate (BTC) and in the presence of anhydrous C as catalyst. The effects of kind of catalyst, ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, on the reaction yield were investigated. The reaction was carried out using dichloromethane as the solvent at a molar ratio of 0.37: 1(BTC:benzyl alcohol). The reaction time is 6 h under reflux. The yield was 93%, and the purity of the product was 98% (GC). The synthetic route has the advantages of mild conditions, simple operation and high yield, and it is of value to industrial production.
