摘要
提出了一种以肉桂醇、氯化亚砜、液氨为为主要原料合成肉桂基氯的新工艺,考察各类工艺条件对肉桂基氯收率的影响,得最适宜反应条件:反应温度为25℃,氯化亚砜滴加速度为1.00 mol/h,n(肉桂醇)∶n(液氨)=1∶1.3,反应时间为2.5 h,收率90.5%,纯度99.2%。
Cinnamyl chloride was synthesized by a new technology from cinnamyl alcohol, thionylchloride and liquid ammonia. The effects of experimental conditions on the yield of cinnamyl chloride were investigated, Under the optimal technological conditions : reaction temperature, 25 ℃ ; flow rate of thionylchloride, 1.00 mol/h ; mole ratio of cinnamyl alcohol to liquid ammonia, 1 : 1.3 ; reaction time, 2.5 h. The yield was 90.5 % and the purity was 99.2 %.
