Analysis on the Contradiction between the Land-use for Urban Construction and the Farmland Protection

我国正处在经济快速发展时期,城市建设占用耕地是必然趋势。鉴于此,提出了耕地保护的新思路,即要把只注重保护耕地数量的传统观念转变到保护耕地的可持续发展上来,并且积极探索缓解城市建设占用耕地和耕地保护矛盾的有效途径。

Because our country is being in a period that the economy develops rapidly, the occupation of the farmland for the urban construction becomes an evitable trend. Therefore, this paper puts forward some new ideas on the farmland protection of transforming the traditional concept of only paying attention to the protection of the quantity of the farmland into the sustainable development of the farmland, and probes into some effective paths for relieving the contradiction between the land-use for the urban construction and the farmland protection.
