摘要
本文就有机试剂作载流对铬的增敏作用进行了研究。结果表明,当用乙醇作试样溶剂,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作载流比水作溶剂和载流时增敏7.6倍,且抗干扰能力有较大提高。本方法的采样频率为100次/h,采样体积为300μl,测定1μg/ml Cr时相对标准偏差为1.4%,用于钢样的分析,令人满意。
The enhacement effect of organic reagent on sensitivity has been studied. When ethanol and sodium dodecyl sulfate solution are used as solvent and carrier stream respectively, not only the sensitivity of chromium is enhanced 7. 6 times than that in water, but also the interference is eliminated. The sampling frequency of this method is 100 times/h, sampling volume is 300μl, and the relative standard deviation is 1. 4%. The result is satisfactory for the determination of chromium in steel.
