摘要
目的:探讨用复合骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)的组织工程皮肤修复烧伤创面的可行性。方法:利用自行研制的烫伤仪制备烫伤创面,以MSCs为种子细胞构建组织工程皮肤修复烫伤创面,观察愈合时间和收缩率等。结果:移植2周后实验组创面基本愈合,表皮角质化,真皮层毛细血管增生,6周后创面收缩到原始面积的61%。结论:含有MSCs的组织工程皮肤移植后促进了烧伤创面的愈合,获得了较理想的愈合效果,为临床治疗提供了新的思路。
Objective To investigate the practicability of repairing burn wounds with tissue engineering skin conbined with bone mesenchymal stem cells. Methods We established a burn wound model in the porcine skin. Our deep dermal partial thickness burns were established using a heated brass contact injury at 100℃ for 20s. Tissue engineering skin containing MSCs were grafted to the burn wounds, the effect of wound repair was observed. Results The tissue engineering skin containing MSCs showed a better healing condition and keratinization, an less extent of wound contraction, more vascularization. Conclusion These data suggest that tissue engineering skin containing MSCs in a burn defect accelerate wound healing and receive satisfactory effects.
