皮肤入路睑袋整复术技巧探讨

The experience of the lower eyelid blepharoplasty with incision on dermatology

目的:研究应用皮肤入路睑袋整复术的技巧与注意事项。方法:326例睑袋患者均采用皮肤入路且术中应用GX-III型多功能电离子剥离和止血,术后轻压包扎24h。结果:除53例上睑有不同程度水肿,7例球结膜水肿、充血外,其余均疗效满意。结论:应用皮肤入路睑袋整复术结合GX-III型多功能电离子剥离止血,术后恢复快、效果佳。

Objective To explore the technique of the lower eyelid brepharoplasty with incision on dermatology, Methods Operated on 326 cases by deformity with incision on dermatlology and separated and stanch by GX- Ⅲ Multi-purpose Elextic Ion Operating Apparatus. Vacuun-assisted-closure technique was applied for 24h after operation, Results Except 53 patients with edema,7 patients with edema and engorge in bulbar conjunctiva.The other have satisfactory effect. Condusion The method has satisfactory effect in the lower eyelid brepharoplasty with incision on dermatologyby GX-Ⅲ Multi-purpose Electic I on Operating Apparatus.
