金霉素眼膏对颌面部手术后创口初期愈合的影响

Wound healing in facial area with local aureomycin administration

目的:研究面部伤口术后局部应用金霉素眼膏对伤口愈合质量的影响。方法:采用临床前瞻性研究方法,将2006年1月～2006年7月份住院的患者按照纳入和排除标准筛选出216例,随机分配到常规护理组和改良护理方法组,术后伤口分别给予常规护理及常规护理加金霉素眼膏局部应用。观察两组伤口是否产生痂皮、伤口是否发红,拆线后是否有渗血、伤口是否裂开并予以比较。结果:采用改良护理方法的患者伤口较少产生痂皮,伤口发红和拆线后渗血比常规护理方法显著减少。结论:局部加用金霉素眼膏进行面部伤口护理比传统的伤口护理方法伤口愈合为好。

Objective To observe the wound healing in facial area with post-operative local aureomycin administration. Methods 216 postoperative patients with surgical cut or wound in facial area were distributed into two groups randomly. Patients in one group accepted routine wound treatment procedure, while another group accepted local aureomycin administration other than routine treatment, Wound healing quality including scab, rubefaction, wound bleeding after stitches taken out was compared between the two groups. Results It showed that there was significantly less scab, less rubefaction and less wound bleeding after stitches taken out in wounds with local aureomycin administration than those with routine wound treatment procedure only （P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is recommended that aureomycin be administrated locally in postoperative facial wounds.
