摘要
使用制备多孔陶瓷滤球的同一配方和烧成制度,采用压制成型的方法制备了体积密度、吸水率和显气孔率与滤球相当的片状水平基体,以评价滤球亲油改性后其表面湿润性变化和亲油涂层耐磨性。探讨了不同压力对基体的体积密度、吸水率和显气孔率的影响。结果显示:随着成型压力增大,基体体积密度增大而吸水率、显气孔率降低。在压力增大的开始阶段,三者的变化幅度显著,随后变得平缓;同时压力的过大或过小也引起基体的开裂。基于这两个因素,最终确定压力为20KN时制备的基体满足要求。
In the paper, to assess lipophilitity and coating abradability of oleophylic modification porous ceramics filtration ball, patch matrixes, whose Pa, Wa and D were equal to porous ceramics filtering ball, were prepared by compressing on the basis of the same formulation and firing schedule as filtering ball. The paper explored the effect of different pressure on Pa, Wa and D. The results show that D will increase and Pa, Wa will decrease with the increase of pressure. In the beginning of pressure increase, the Pa, Wa and D change abruptly, then they vary mildly. At the same time, the patch matrix may craze when the pressure get too great or too small. Based on the two factors, the pressure of 20KN was decided to prepare the tested matrix.
