摘要
研究了影响BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3微波陶瓷材料介电性能的机理,通过用Bi2O3和MnO2对BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3微波陶瓷材料进行掺杂改性,得到了介电常数为95、Q×f为4800GHz和τf(谐振频率温度系数)为(4±3)×10-6℃-1的微波陶瓷材料。该材料可用于制作介质滤波器及分米波通信设备用的小型、轻量的片式元器件。
The factors that influence the microwave dielectric properties of series BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3 ceramics were investigated. By doping BaO-TiO2-Nd2O3 ceramics with Bi2O3 and MnO2,the improved BaO- TiO2-Nd2O^3 ceramics, of which the dielectric constant is 95,Q×f is 4800 GHz and τf is (4±3) ×10^-6℃^-1 were obtained. This kind of material is used to make dielectric filters and miniature, light and chip components for communication equipments in decimeter-wave region.
